OFFERING

 Through my more than 25 years of practice, I have developed a profound connection with my true self and a deep appreciation of the oneness in us all, embracing the tools of yoga to help navigate the ups and downs of life. It is these combined experiences that inspire me to teach and share with others the power of yoga. My teaching weaves bits of yogic philosophy, postures, breath control and meditation techniques from various yoga lineages into each class, providing students with a practice that finds the balance between effort and effortless and deepens awareness of our interconnectedness to nature and of the power within.
